How can I bid at an auction?
Bidders who participate in the auction in our house receive a bidder number after registration.
In our auctions, which take place 6 times a year (presence auctions), we offer you a live event, in which you can participate on site.
For bidders who cannot attend the auction in person, there are several other ways to place bids:
a) by e-mail
b) by letter
c) by fax
d) by internet via our internet catalog
e) by telephone
f) Live on the internet and bid or just watch the auction

a) Bidding by e-mail
Send us a scanned bidding request for a written bid, to the e-mail address info@auktionshaus-kloss.de with the following information:
- Catalog number, brief description of the object, amount of the bid Your complete address with telephone number.
With your signature you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of the auction.
- You are welcome to use our bidding order as a PDF form.

We will confirm receipt of your bid within 2 days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us in time before the auction starts.
b) written bid by letter
Please send us your bidding order for a written bid our address:

c) Bidding by fax

With your signature you confirm that you bid under acceptance of the auction conditions.
d) Bidding via the published online sales catalog
Please use preferably.
You have the possibility to look at the sales catalogs only. No registration is required here. After we have aroused your interest in an object, you can create a customer account, through a free registration. Here you can then submit pre-bids or condition report requests to us. Only on the day of the auction, all previously submitted bids will be taken into account.

If you only want to watch. As an auctioneer you remain anonymous to us and your identity will not be published.
e) Telephone bids
Of course you can also participate in our auctions as a telephone bidder. To do so, please register with us at least 24 hours before the auction starts. For this we need the following information:
- Your full name and address
- Your telephone number where you can be reached on the day of the auction.
When you register for telephone bidding, you automatically bid the limit price stated in the catalog. If we are unable to reach you at the time of the call and there are no counterbidders, you will be awarded the bid at the limit. You are also welcome to use the option to enter a quantified bid in the bidding field. We will then use this as a security bid for you if the connection does not materialize.
- New customers who intend to buy items for an amount of € 1,000 or more at auction, we ask before the start of the auction after consultation with the auctioneer to provide appropriate proof of creditworthiness and / or verifiable references.
f) LIVE online bidding
The live auction gives you the opportunity to participate in the auction from anywhere in the world. Here you only need a computer, smartphone or tablet as an end device.
The transmission of our auction takes place via audio and video broadcasting. The live auction is provided via partner portals, where you need to register. We offer only, linking through our website, so you do not have to leave it and you are in a familiar environment.
For the live bidding function, the partner portals charge a fee of 3% on each net bid price. This additional fee will be passed on to you as an additional surcharge.
